Mel Giedroyc hosts as enthusiastic woodworkers take on a series of challenges, which will test their skills and creativity, in a bid to win the crown of Britain’s Best Woodworker. In each episode, the talented hopefuls tackle a big build project where their designs and technique will be looked over by expert assessors. In addition, the competitors undertake a skills test, where they can demonstrate their specialist expertise. The winner of the round will gain immunity from being sent home that week.
